The Season One books aren’t a new universe per se, but they’re hard to place in the main timeline, since they cover long periods in the heroes’ histories. They also don’t cross over with each other very much, which makes a shared context hard to find. I have organised these books into a reading order here based on when the characters first appeared originally – which can be found here and here.
