This is not the page for the Canonical Marvel Cinematic Universe. You can find that here, or if you just want to know which characters turn up where, check The Marvel Cinematic Universe Character Guide, The Marvel Netflix Universe Character Guide or The Marvel Cinematic Universe Infinity Stone Guide.
This is the page that shows what the Marvel Cinematic Universe would look like if all the things that various films have implied to be in it were actually in it. Yes, it’s a little silly, but the important thing is that it’s a lot awesome.

Two things here, both regarding SLITHER.
1: The R J McReady in SLITHER cannot be the same R J McReady as in THE THING. At best they are related.
2: A Great Dane with the same collar used in the live action SCOOBY-DOO movies is in SLITHER, which does bring those two films (but NONE of the animated Scooby-Doo shows or movies) into the MCU. Of course, that great dane is killed by alien worms, so maybe pretend it was Scrappy, and not Scooby).
We don’t know that for sure – “The Thing” ends with McReady still alive, after all.
Tempting, but without a more overt connection, it feels fragile (I mean, I only added the Castavet connection after making damned sure that there were no other fictional Castavets it could be referring to). And in any case, it couldn’t be Scrappy based on Scrappy’s appearance in the Scooby films.
I can’t understand the connection between Silverado (1985) and Thor, can someone explain it to me
I’ll be honest, this one is the most tangential connection on this page: Silverado and Thor were both filmed in the same artificially built town – there’s even similar wide shots in both films in which the town looks virtually identical.
I’ll admit that it’s not really a legit crossover, but this particular page is just me having a little fun, and my standards for inclusion are a little lower here than they are of the rest of the site.
